When you complete the checkout process, you will be sent an email from my file delivery service called "SkyPilot". If you don't receive that email within 10 minutes of your order completion, it's likely that your spam filter has filtered it out due to the different email address, or your school district filter has somehow prevented the message from getting to your inbox.

If you check your spam folder and don't find the email, you can also log in to my site from the main page (you may already be logged into your account after placing the order) and click the menu item, "View My Digital Products", and you can access your downloads from there.

If none of these options work for you, please email me at kmvocaljazz@gmail.com, and I will manually send you the links to your products.
